Inaugurated in February 2016 after extensive renovation work, this former tannery was transformed into a styling office before becoming a film production company. It has revived Parisian stonework, Eiffel-style metal beams and the traditional facades of Parisian artisan workshops.

This large tannery measures 20 by 7 meters, and is sequenced into open spaces that can host professional sales for fashions weeks, as well as meetings of up to 100 people. Particular care has been taken to ensure that everyone has access to powerful, adjustable lighting.

What’s more, this tannery is equipped with all modern conveniences: fitted kitchen, shower room, toilet, office, picture rails and storage. You can work with complete peace of mind in this unique environment, which combines charm and modernity.
