Located in the heart of the Marais district, this exhibition space, nestled in a former garage, retains the industrial essence of its past while adding a touch of contemporary elegance.

Bathed in light and set back slightly from the street, this space offers an atypical, spacious setting for a variety of events, including seminars, exhibitions and showrooms. The site’s industrial history is reflected in its raw materials, such as concrete and exposed stone, as well as in modernized joinery elements.

Comprising three separate units in a row, the exhibition space offers a variety of possible configurations. On the first floor, a first 63 m² space, directly linked to the entrance and the glass façade, can be flexibly arranged. Next door, separated by a glass partition with curtains, is a 25 m² fully equipped kitchen, as well as an informal meeting room with access to the sanitary facilities. Adjacent to the kitchen is a 44 m², double-height, glass-roofed showroom, with an independent 13.5 m² meeting room.

The layout of the space allows for multi-purpose use, offering both distinct exhibition areas and collaborative work spaces, encouraging creativity and interaction.

Access to this space is via a cul-de-sac, offering a degree of discretion. Public transport, such as the metro and bus, ensure easy access to this location. A staircase leads to the first floor.
