Make it Happen Paris is thus committed to producing more responsible events in order to limit the environmental impact linked to waste, waste production, and even plastic pollution. In 2021, we became a member of the Paris Good Fashion association, created at the initiative of Paris City Hall in 2019.

One of the priority issues for us is to produce more responsible events. Make it Happen is initiating change and working to improve and transform its practices for more responsible fashion. We must imagine that these notions of ecology and ethics were for a long time foreign to the world of fashion, or in any case remained relatively marginal positions. On our part, this is not a simple display intended to give us a respectable image, it is part of a deeper and lasting desire to see things change in our field where too much waste still persists.

If we cannot radically change mentalities and practices, we can contribute at our level through concrete commitments: for example by seeking to join short circuits with local producers for what concerns food or even to use giving priority to green taxis during our events, completely eliminating plastic from an event, and even offering an environmental impact report after each event and thus defining an area of ​​improvement for future events.
